2 . The maximum allowed occupancy capacity is 14 people , including children over two (2) years old. 3 . For guests to enter during their stay, an amount of $100 per guest will be charged. 000 Colombian pesos only between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm. If the guests remain in the house after 8:00 pm, it is considered an EVENT and has an additional cost of $150,000 Colombian pesos per guest , which will last until 2:00 am, thus establishing that, If a guest extends their stay after 8:00 pm, a total payment of $250,000 per guest will be required , without taking into account the daytime hours in which they entered the house and without the right to stay there. A maximum of 12 guests are allowed per day.

3.1 An EVENT is considered any activity that brings together more than 14 people, including DJ, waiter, sound and lighting technicians, decoration staff and others.

3.2 In the event that the responsible guest and all his or her guests do not finish the event at the established departure time (2:00 am), they must pay any fine or penalty due to excessive noise that affects the neighborhood after the established time, as well as in case of fights, violent acts, damages and losses that are caused.

4 . The entry of any type of pet to the property is NOT allowed , this condition is NOT negotiable. Bringing pets in without authorization will be grounds for termination of the service without prejudice to any penalties that may apply.

5. The use and manipulation of Gunpowder, explosives and other fireworks are prohibited in the property. THE RESPONSIBLE GUEST and his companions assume the costs of any damages, fines and losses that this non-compliance may cause.

6. In accordance with the provisions of article 17 of law 679 of 2001, the Soundbay House warns the guest that the sexual exploitation and abuse of minors in the country are punished criminally and civilly in accordance with legal provisions. The entry and registration of a minor to the Soundbay House must be carried out in the company of their parents, presenting the Civil Registry, in the case of foreigners, please present an equivalent document. If the minor appears in the company of an adult who is not one of his or her parents; The responsible adult must present an original and authenticated authorization letter for the stay made by their parents, indicating: Name (of the minor and parents), ID number, signatures and photocopy of the parents' identity. For minors without parents or when they are not in a position to grant permission or when there is no legal representative. The authorization must be processed before the ICBF. If at the time of entry to the Soundbay House all the requirements indicated here are not met, the minor will NOT be allowed to enter and the penalties that exist for the date of the trip will be charged.

All Colombians residing abroad to apply for the tax exemption must present an Immigration Card or Residence Certification issued by the Colombian consulate in the country of residence.
