TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE "SOLIDARITY FOR COLOMBIA" RAFFLE

FIRST. PURPOSE AND MECHANICS OF PARTICIPATION

The sole purpose of this raffle is to encourage voluntary donations to the Colombian Red Cross to assist those affected by the earthquake.

Participation does not require the purchase of any commercial product, but rather the demonstration of a solidarity action under the following conditions:

1. Donating exclusively to the official accounts of the Colombian Red Cross: https://ayuda.cruzrojacolombiana.org/emergencia-colombia-terremoto 

We do not accept donations to any accounts other than the official accounts of the Colombian Red Cross.

2. For every donation of $100,000 COP, you receive 1 ticket. No limit on tickets.

3. Send us your proof of donation and contact information to the authorized service channel: WhatsApp 3218474704 or Email: info@soundbayhouse.com. After verifying your donation, we will send you the ticket number with a unique consecutive number to participate in the raffle.

SECOND. PROMOTION VALIDITY

The fundraising campaign and number assignment will begin on August 15, 2026, at 8:00 AM and end on September 15, 2026, at 8:00 PM. Donation receipts sent outside this timeframe will not be accepted.

THIRD. PRIZE PLAN

A single prize will be raffled, consisting of:

• A three (3) night and four (4) day stay at Sound Bay House for a maximum of fourteen (14) people, during low season. Located on San Andrés Island, Colombia. You can learn more about the house on our website: www.soundbayhouse.com

• Prize conditions: The prize only includes accommodation, a complimentary breakfast on the first day, and two people responsible for general cleaning. Check-in 3:00 PM / Check-out: 11:00 AM. Food preparation is not included. Airfare, transfers, or unspecified expenses are not included. • Redemption validity: The trip can be enjoyed after the raffle, valid for one year (until September 16, 2027), subject to house availability and during low season, excluding holiday weekends. Once the stay date is selected, there will be no option to change it. The prize is not exchangeable for cash.

FOURTH. WINNER SELECTION AND TRANSPARENCY

• Raffle date: The raffle will take place on September 16, 2026.

• Methodology: The winner selection mechanism will be based on the last three digits of the official result of the Valle Lottery, on September 16, 2026, in accordance with applicable regulations and authorization.

• Contact: The winner will be contacted by phone and through our digital channels.

FIFTH. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING (HABEAS DATA)

By submitting the donation receipt, participants previously, expressly, and informedly authorize the Organizer to collect, store, and use their personal data (Name, ID, Phone, and Email) exclusively for the management of this raffle, the assignment of numbers, and the publication of the winner, in compliance with Law 1581 of 2012 on Data Protection.
