There will be NO money refunds from THE HOST.

• If THE GUEST cancels before 30 days of the check-in date, they will have the possibility of changing the date up to one year later, paying the full value of the stay. The change will only be in low season and subject to availability. A change per reservation applies and adjustments in the value could be caused due to rate variations.
• If THE GUEST cancels between 15 and 29 days from the check-in date, THE HOST will charge 50% of the total value of the stay as a penalty and the balance will be paid to a future date for up to 1 year later, which will be exclusively in low season. and subject to availability. • If THE GUEST cancels less than 14 days from the check-in date, THE HOST will charge 100% of the total value of the stay as a penalty and no change of date applies.

MAJOR CAUSE OR FORTUOUS EVENT : The company ROYAL SAS – SOUND BAY HOUSE is exempt from liability for force majeure and fortuitous event, in addition there is a universal principle of law: NO ONE IS OBLIGED TO THE IMPOSSIBLE – According to article 64 of the Colombian Civil Code, the unforeseen or that it is not possible to resist (…)”. This should be understood as the supervening impossibility of fulfilling an obligation due to an unforeseeable, irresistible and external event.

If due to flight cancellations, airport closures, closure of hotel operations or any other factor related to COVID-19, guests cannot show up, the accommodation date will be rescheduled for up to 1 year after the check-in date. As a requirement for this change, it is essential to pay the entire stay. No increases will be charged due to rate variations. The change will only be in low season and subject to availability. One change applies per reservation.
